WORKSHOPS FOR MANAGERS
Strategic competencies development
for you and your team
Engaging strategy games.
A KEY TO THE FUTURE
Strategic problems often accompany changes. They are complex and multifaceted. Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) increase the risks attached to decision-making. In such situations managers of all levels within their organization require adequate tools and skills. In other words they need to develop strategic competencies.
The theoretical foundation of our workshops is based on the strategic approach of professor Richard P. Rumelt from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in California.
Richard Rumelt is one of the most influential people specialized in strategy and management. The Economist described him as “one of twenty-five living persons who have had the most influence on management concepts and corporate practice.” McKinsey Quarterly described him as being “strategy’s strategist” and as “a giant in the field of strategy.”

- An ability to create scenarios of the future and prepare alternative plans
Through the development of strategic competencies participants will strengthen their pro-activity and independence.

WHAT WE DO?
Our methodology is based on intertwining short theoretical lectures with episodes of strategy games which offer an instant practical test of the acquired theory.
Each phase of the game is concluded by a team meeting. These result in conclusions that can be applied in every day business.
